High-speed sewing machine oil pump back to the oil emergency handling methods

Lockstitch sewing machine in high-speed operation, oil lubrication system is particularly important. However, the problem of oil return often causes the engine oil to accumulate on the surface of the machine and flows out of the presser bar and needle bar. The fabric is soaked with oil that the machine does not work properly.

Let's take a look at the pump oil return mechanism. Pump is driven by the vertical shaft rotation, the oil pump body has a plane, the pump body has a plunger hole, the spring pressure plunger.
