Car Radiator Recycling Equipment Features & Description:

This system is designed for crushing scrap radiators into small pieces and separating copper, aluminum, and other metals efficiently.

The entire plant boasts high recycling efficiency and separation rate (up to 99%). It can process over 1000kg of scrap radiators per hour without losing any copper during the process.

The machine consists of a crusher, shredder, conveyor, separator, and dust collector. The first crusher can also be used for processing scrap copper wires and other metals.

It can handle both standard and compressed radiators from air conditioners and cars, with no restrictions on radiator size.

The output copper and aluminum pieces are reusable, and their size can be adjusted according to customer requirements.

The whole line is controlled by a PLC system, requiring only two workers to operate. All components are high quality and long-lasting, with necessary spare parts provided for maintenance.

The first crusher features a double roller design, offering low noise and a large crushing chamber. The cutter uses special tool steel, enabling efficient splitting, tearing, and squeezing of materials.
Magnetic separators use ferromagnetic rollers, achieving a separation rate of up to 95%.
Pulse dust collectors prevent dust leakage, with a cleaning efficiency of 99%, ensuring no secondary pollution.
Airflow separators achieve a separation rate of 97%.
1. Conveyor: Radiators are placed on the conveyor and sent to the first crusher.
2. First Crusher: Crushes radiators into 10-15cm pieces.
3. Second Shredder: Further reduces the size of crushed material.
4. Separator: Copper and aluminum pellets are separated via vibration.
5. Copper Outlet.
6. Aluminum Outlet.
