This PET flakes pelletizing line is designed with SHJ series parallel twin screw extruders, ideal for producing high-quality PET granules from clean PET bottle flakes. The system includes a SHJ parallel twin screw extruder, die, hydraulic screen exchanger, cooling flume, air dryer, cutter, and silo. It can also be adapted for other materials such as PET, PP, PE, PA, and ABS. These extruders are specially engineered for processing PET bottles, flakes, PVC, plastic sheets, and other crushed materials, offering excellent performance, high output, low energy consumption per kilogram, and easy operation.
The system consists of two stages: the first stage uses a single screw extruder, while the second stage features an SJ low-speed single screw extruder, arranged vertically. This two-stage design enhances process control and flexibility, making it suitable for complex material processing tasks.
