First, the air compressor piston rod group inspection
The piston rod assembly includes a piston, a piston ring, a tie rod, etc., and is a key component of the compressor, and must be carefully and carefully carried out during the inspection and maintenance process.
To check the piston set, first loosen the tie rod lock nut attached to the crosshead, open the compressor cylinder cover, pull the piston assembly out of the cylinder, take out the piston ring, clean the cylinder, piston, piston ring: check the cylinder No strain, burrs, etc.; measure the clearance between the cylinder and the piston, measure the gap between the piston ring end and the gap of the opening, check the piston rod for tension, wear and so on. When assembling, assemble them in order and tighten the connectors according to the specified torque.
Second, the inspection of the air compressor packing group
The packing group is a sealing assembly mounted on the tie rod, which can be classified into a gas seal assembly and an oil seal assembly according to its use.
The gas seal assembly is used for sealing the piston rod to prevent the high pressure gas leakage outlet gas seal assembly from being installed in the gas seal box. When disassembling, the bolt of the fixed gas seal box can be loosened, the gas seal box is taken out as a whole, and The entire set of gas seals is immersed in the cleaning oil and then the parts are washed. Check the air ring for cracks, burrs, strains, etc. When checking the soft metal ring, take extra care to avoid damage to the ring. When installing the rings, be careful and careful, do not fill the soup or install more sealing rings. At the same time, pay attention to check whether the spring on the sealing ring is broken or loose, check whether the water channel on the sealing box is smooth, and the sealing rubber ring has No aging, damage, etc. Finally, the seal ring assembly is sequentially mounted on the body by number.
The air compressor oil seal assembly is composed of a scraper ring and a seal ring. It is installed in the oil seal box. The well is fixed to the machine body by bolts. When checking the oil seal assembly, pay attention to whether the springs on each ring are broken. Check the ring mouth. Whether there are burrs or strains, and at the same time, pay attention to the oil drain port at the lower end of the oil seal box.
