Brief Introduction of Poultry Feed Grinder and Mixer

This equipment is designed for crushing and mixing various types of dry animal feed. It can handle a wide range of raw materials such as beans, corn, wheat, maize, straw, and more. It is especially suitable for small feed processing families and medium to small-scale poultry farms. The machine is widely used in the feed production for pigs, chickens, ducks, geese, cows, and other livestock.

Working Principle

Structure: Vertical crushing mixer feeding mechanism (mainly suction and conveying type), crushing host, mixing bin, mixing host, discharging mechanism, transmission mechanism, etc.

The crusher cabinet is welded using high-quality materials. The feeding port and grinding head have various forms of feeding structures, and the hammers are symmetrically arranged.

During operation, the material enters the crushing chamber, where it is struck by high-speed rotating hammers and gradually shattered under friction with the sieve. The material is then discharged through the bottom opening via centrifugal force and airflow. This machine is highly efficient and suitable for feed, medicine, and chemical industries.

Application

1. It is used to produce pellet feed for pigs, cattle, sheep, rabbits, chickens, ducks, fish, etc.

2. Suitable for small feed mills, family farming, pig farms, chicken farms, etc.

3. It can also process wood waste (sawdust, wood shavings, wood pellets), yard waste, farm waste (corn cobs, corn stalks, plant straw), and other biomass waste (bamboo chips, peanut shells, bagasse, alfalfa).
