This equipment is designed for crushing and mixing dry animal feed. It can process various grains such as beans, corn, wheat, maize, straw, and more. It is specifically tailored for small feed processing families and mid-sized poultry farms. The machine is suitable for use in pig, chicken, duck, goose, and cow feed production.

Working Principle

Structure: Vertical crushing mixer feeding mechanism (mainly by suction and conveying type), crushing host, mix to bin, mixed host, discharging institutions, transmission mechanism, etc.

The crusher cabinet is welded with high-quality materials, featuring various feeding structures on the feeding port and grinder top, with symmetric hammers.

During operation, material enters the crushing chamber, where it is shattered by high-speed rotating hammers and sieve friction, and then exits through the bottom mouth under centrifugal force and airflow. This machine offers high efficiency and excellent performance, suitable for feed, medicine, and chemical industries.

Application

1. Used for producing pellet feed for pigs, cattle, sheep, rabbits, chickens, ducks, fish, etc.

2. Suitable for small feed mills, family farming, pig farms, chicken farms, etc.

3. Can also process wood waste (sawdust, shavings, pellets), yard waste, farm waste (corn cobs, stalks, plant straw), and other biomass waste (bamboo chips, peanut shells, bagasse, alfalfa).
