Abstract The Ankerui residual current electrical fire monitoring system is used to monitor electrical fires in low-voltage distribution systems such as shopping malls, hotels, airports, banks, hospitals and factories through ARCM residual current electrical fire monitoring devices. This article describes the electrical fire monitoring system project of the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University (Qunli District), focusing on the functions and significance of the Acrel-6000 electrical fire monitoring system implemented in hospitals.

0 Foreword

According to GB13955-2005 National Standards 4.3 and 4.4, residual current protection devices should be classified and protected, and generally can be divided into two or three levels of protection: in order to prevent personal contact with electrical and electrical fire accidents In the low-voltage power distribution system, the use of residual current rating protection is the fundamental approach to achieve leakage protection and is an effective preventive measure.

Acrel-6000/Q100 electrical fire monitoring system can effectively provide early warning and monitoring of electrical leakage and leakage due to electrical leakage. It can accurately monitor the faults and abnormal conditions of electrical lines. It can detect the fire hazards of electrical fires and promptly alert personnel to eliminate them. These hidden dangers are to avoid misoperation or cause large-scale blackouts.

1 System Requirements Analysis

According to GB13955-2005 National Standards, in the low-voltage distribution system, when using radial power supply, two levels of protection should be generally selected. The first level of protection shall be located at the head of the distribution mains circuit led by the low voltage distribution room; the second level of protection shall be located at the power distribution of the main distribution box of the fire distribution area, functional area and floor, and the terminal power distribution. The inlet or branch circuit of the box. The First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University (Qunli Hospital Area) adopts radial power supply for the low voltage distribution system, and the first level of protection installs a leakage current transformer at the head end of the distribution mains loop led from the low voltage distribution room, and then passes the detector. The ARCM300 transmits the leakage signal to the Acrel-6000/Q100 electrical fire monitoring equipment to monitor leakage current, over-current, and over-temperature signals, and then emits an audible and visual signal alarm to accurately report the fault line address and monitor the change of the fault point. , And store various fault and operation test signals and display system power status.

2 Reference standards

The system complies with the People's Republic of China national standard GB14287.1-2005 "Electrical fire monitoring system - Part 1: Electrical fire monitoring equipment", and reference GB13955-2005 "residue current protection device installation and operation" specification.

3 system structure

Acrel-6000 electrical fire monitoring system is an independent research and development by Ankerui to receive signals from field devices such as residual current electrical fire detectors to realize alarm, monitoring, control and management of protected electrical circuits. Level hardware/software system. The system is applied to fire control centers in large shopping malls, living quarters, production bases, office buildings, shopping malls and hotels, and remotely measures, remotely adjusts, remotely controls, and remotely detects the detectors scattered in buildings to facilitate monitoring and management. The system uses a standard Modbus field bus to connect detectors with communication functions. When the detected parameters in the field protection circuit exceed the alarm setting value, it can send alarm signals, control signals, can indicate the alarm location and save the alarm. information.

There are 49 ARCM300-J1, ARCM300-J4 and ARCM300-J8 residual current instruments in the low voltage distribution room of the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University (Qianliyuan), and the residual currents of 260 three-phase distribution circuits are detected. The fire detectors are connected by bus to the Acrel-6000 benchtop electrical fire monitoring system located in the fire control room on the first floor of the main building. This system has the advantages of convenient installation and transportation, high cost performance, easy maintenance, etc. The system communication state diagram is shown in Figure 1:

According to GB14287, electrical fire monitoring systems are divided into three parts: electrical fire monitoring equipment, residual current electrical fire monitoring detectors, and temperature-based electrical fire monitoring detectors.

1) Electrical fire monitoring equipment

Electrical fire monitoring equipment is the direct window of human-computer interaction for the management personnel of electrical fire monitoring systems, and it is also the top part of the system. Mainly by the system software and necessary hardware equipment, such as monitoring host, display, UPS power supply and other components. The monitoring system software calculates, analyzes, and processes various types of data on the site, and responds to the on-site operations with graphics, digital displays, sounds, and indicators, as shown in Figure 2:

2) Residual current type electric fire monitoring detector and temperature measurement type electric fire monitoring detector

The ARCM300 residual current electrical fire monitoring device is installed in the floor distribution box and is used to detect the electrical parameters generated by electrical fire hazards such as residual current and temperature in TN-CS, TN-S, and local TT systems. When the monitoring device parameter exceeds the alarm setting value, an alarm and control signal can be generated to eliminate the hidden danger of electrical fire caused by the residual current and temperature increase. 4 system function

Acrel-6000 electrical fire system can collect the residual current data and temperature of the field equipment in real time and regularly, and have alarm and audible and visual alarm functions. The alarm temperature value and leakage current value can be set according to actual needs. , can be reset in the distance. The system can record alarm events, dates, alarm values, and over-line values ​​and generate reports that can print alarm event records.

2) Alarm record query

By clicking "Alarm Log Query" under the [Data] menu, enter the alarm record (action information query) screen as shown in the figure below. The user can query the corresponding alarm or the record under the action type within any time period in the interface. The operation mode is to select the start date, end date, query type and click the query button. The software interface is shown in Figure 6.

3) Detector Management

This management function can only be operated by “system management level”. After logging into the system with “system management level” authority, you can enter the probe management interface as shown in the figure below by clicking “detector management” in the [maintenance] menu. The interface can modify the corresponding communication port, communication speed and usage status of each channel. The software interface is shown in Figure 7.

5 Concluding remarks

With the development of smart buildings and the widespread use of electricity, people have become more aware of security awareness. The electrical fire system is conducive to discovering hidden dangers and dealing with hidden dangers in time. It is of great significance to prevent fires before they occur. Since the system was put into operation, more than 100 hidden dangers have been discovered and rectified, which provided a scientific basis for the hospital's fire management and was well received by customers.
