Diatomite products are classified according to production process

Diatomite products can be divided into the following three categories according to different production processes:
1. Dry product: The diatomite raw material is dried at 100 ° C ~ 300 ° C, pulverized by high pressure air flow to remove impurities, and the product is classified into grayish white and light yellow.
2. Calcined products: After selecting the diatomaceous earth raw materials, the products are calcined at a high temperature of 700 ° C to 900 ° C, pulverized by high-pressure air flow, and classified into orange-yellow and red-brown colors.
3. Fusible roasting products: After selecting the diatomaceous earth raw materials, adding appropriate amount of flux, the products are calcined, pulverized and classified at a high temperature of 900 ° C to 1200 ° C, and the color is white.
