SAN FRANCISCO, Feb 1, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — Autodesk, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADSK) has officially announced the appointment of Carmel Galvin as its new Chief Human Resources Officer, effective March 5, 2018. In this pivotal role, Galvin will lead all human resources initiatives, including strategic planning, learning and development, talent acquisition, and employee relations. Additionally, she will oversee Corporate Real Estate, Travel, Safety, and Security functions across the company.
Galvin brings over two decades of experience in human resources, having worked with global organizations such as Deloitte, Advent Software, and MSCI Barra Inc. Prior to joining Autodesk, she served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Glassdoor, where she played a key role in shaping the company’s culture and growth.
