4. Bag filter is the use of fiber filter to capture solid particles in dust-containing gas to form a filter dust cake, and filter dust cake to further filter fine dust particles, in order to achieve the purpose of efficient dust removal. The bag type dust removal equipment can stably achieve high dust removal efficiency, the dust emission can reach within 5mg/m3, and the dust removal efficiency is not affected by dust and other dust characteristics such as resistance. In general, dust with a particle size of less than 10 microns (ie, inhalable particles) has a greater impact on human health, and baghouses have a high separation efficiency for inhalable particles. The range of application of bag filter in the treatment of normal temperature flue gas (<120°C) pollution is gradually expanding.
