Polyimide PI Machined Part

Polyimide PI has the characteristics of high and low temperature resistance (long-term use temperature -269~400℃), high friction resistance, chemical stability, mechanical toughness, natural lubrication and high temperature insulation. It is an ideal material for a wide range of applications in aerospace, electronic communications, automotive industry and many other fields.
Polyimide PI excels in the following aspects.
High-temperature stability: PI materials can maintain stable physical and chemical properties in high-temperature environments, its long-term use of temperature can be as high as 300 ° C or more, part of the high-performance PI short-term can be more than 450 ° C to maintain stability, which makes the PI comb in the need for high-temperature resistance of precision equipment in the performance of excellent.
