FAW Liberation joins hands with Changchun Sanitation Machinery Operation Skills Competition

The opening ceremony was hosted by Ren Jianjun, deputy director of the Changchun City Capacity and Health Management Bureau, Wang Shizhong, Director of the Municipal Capacity Management Bureau, Qiu Fengjiang, Deputy Director of the Sanitation Department of the Gaoxin North District, Li Xuewu, Director of the Southwest Marketing Department of FAW Jiefang Automobile Sales Co., Ltd., and Fan Guoqiang, Director of the Special Vehicle Department. Fang Guohao, vice president of Changsha Zoomlion Environmental Industry Co., Ltd., and Guo Jun, chairman of Shenyang Deheng Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. attended the opening ceremony.

In this skill contest, the FAW Liberation Sanitation Vehicle series products showed their presence in front of the crowd as a designated vehicle for competition.

The competition mainly focuses on the operating skills of four types of environmental sanitation such as sweepers, road treasure sweepers, high-pressure flushers, and sliding “roll brushes”. Before the skills competition, all the environmental sanitation machinery operators in Changchun were trained by the lecturer Yuan Liang of Product Development Department of Liberation Company and the instructor of Chai Dehui of the sixth service station of Changchun City and the technical service team of Changsha China United and Shenyang Deheng. From October 9th onwards, they used a week's time to systematically train and teach 753 environmental sanitation machinery drivers in various urban areas and development zones, including machine knowledge, operating skills, and vehicle maintenance. After the training, all districts carried out preliminaries for the sanitation skills competition and decided to compete for 40 players.

After two days of fierce competition, the final four projects decided the first, second and third prizes respectively. The first prize winners came from: Beihu District, Chaoyang District (high pressure cleaning project, tied for first), Erdao District (washing project), Nanguan District (sliding project), and Jingkai District (road project) ).

On the afternoon of October 18th, in the afternoon, the court of the North Lake Sanitation Department fluttered with colorful flags and music. The first sanitation machinery operation skill contest held a grand award ceremony here. The ceremony was presided over by Liu Xiaolong, Director of the Department of Sanitation in Changchun City. Wang Shizhong, Director of the Municipal Capacity Management Authority, Ren Jianjun, Deputy Director, Head of the FAW Jiefang Automobile Sales Co., Ltd., Mr. Zhang Jianfei, Marketing Manager, and Jilin Branch of Changsha Zoomlion Environmental Industry Co., Ltd. Managers Wang Honghui and Shenyang Deheng Chairman Guo Jun presented honorary certificates to the winners on the spot and took photos with all the winners.

Through this training and competition in the skills competition, not only did all the environmental sanitation workers in Changchun learn about the use and maintenance of liberated sanitation vehicles, but also the general environmental sanitation system in Changchun had a better understanding of FAW's sanitation and sanitation products. The competition together with the liberated sanitation products were unanimously approved by the municipal bureau, district bureaus and sanitation workers.

Stainless steel does not readily corrode, rust or stain with water as ordinary steel does. However, it is not fully stain-proof in low-oxygen, high-salinity, or poor air-circulation environments. There are different grades and surface finishes of stainless steel to suit the environment the alloy must endure. Stainless steel differs from carbon steel by the amount of chromium present. Unprotected carbon steel rusts readily when exposed to air and moisture. This iron oxide film (the rust) is active and accelerates corrosion by forming more iron oxide; and, because of the greater volume of the iron oxide, this tends to flake and fall away. Stainless steels contain sufficient chromium to form a passive film of chromium oxide, which prevents further surface corrosion by blocking oxygen diffusion to the steel surface and blocks corrosion from spreading into the metal's internal structure. Passivation occurs only if the proportion of chromium is high enough and oxygen is present.
