Next, the folding cylinder engages, rotating the folding axles via the gear rack. The two round ends of the single chips are rotated at 60° and 120° respectively in a 1:2 ratio in opposite directions. Once the folding is complete, the tension cylinder retracts to release the pipes, followed by the folding cylinder returning to its original position. At this point, the finished workpieces can be manually removed. **Equipment Maintenance** Only trained operators should handle the equipment. Regular maintenance is essential for optimal performance and safety. 1. Ensure the compressed air pressure is maintained at 0.5–0.8 MPa. 2.
