**Equipment Operating Instructions**

1. Adjust the distance between the tension dropheads and the folding heads using the lead screw according to the desired product length.
2. Place the pre-cut single chips into the 3R module.
3. Step on the foot pedal to activate the tension cylinder, which will lift the tension dropheads and stretch the pipes.
4. The folding cylinder then engages, driving the folding axles through the gear rack. This causes the ends of the single chips to rotate 60° and 120° in a 1:2 ratio, creating the necessary bend.
5. Once the folding is complete, the tension cylinder retracts, releasing the pressure on the pipes.
6. The folding cylinder also returns to its original position.
7. At this point, the finished workpiece can be manually removed.
**Equipment Maintenance**
To ensure the longevity and efficiency of the machine, regular maintenance is essential. Operators must be trained and familiar with the equipment before use.
1. Maintain the compressed air pressure within the range of 0.5–0.8 MPa.
2. Apply lubricating oil to the friction surfaces of the rack and guide box once per shift.
3. Similarly, lubricate the linear bearings and guide rods of the tension dropheads once per shift.
