According to GB15766.1-2008 "Road size and photoelectric performance requirements of road motor vehicles", 8 items of road motor vehicle bulbs, general requirements, glass bulb, glass bulb color, main size of bulb, lamp head, power, luminous flux, etc. Tested. Appearance quality, friction performance (friction coefficient) and friction of automotive brake linings according to GB5763-2008 "Brake lining for automobile" and "2014 Guangdong Province brake lining product quality regular supervision inspection and spot check implementation plan" Ten items including performance (specified tolerance of friction coefficient), friction performance (wear rate), friction performance (test piece quality after test), shear strength, impact strength, thermal expansion rate, compression strain, and marking were examined.

The inspection found that there were 4 batches of lamp products that were unqualified and involved the light distribution performance project. There are 1 batch of retroreflector products that are unqualified and involve luminosity items. There are 7 batches of road motor vehicle bulb products that are unqualified, involving 4 items such as luminous flux, power, color and logo. There are 2 batches of automotive brake lining products that are unqualified, involving three items: friction performance (permissible deviation of friction coefficient), shear strength, and marking.

The Guangdong Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision stated that in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, the relevant departments have been instructed to deal with the unqualified products and their production enterprises found in this regular supervision and inspection according to law.
