The Guizhou Provincial Environmental Protection Department issued a notice recently, arguing that Guiyang Baiyun District Tongwei Motor Vehicle Exhaust Gas Detection Co., Ltd. and Zunyi City Yubei Automobile Testing Co., Ltd. all comply with relevant regulations and requirements, and can carry out the "yellow green standard" inspection service for motor vehicles.
Guizhou Provincial Environmental Protection Agency's "Announcement on Entrustment of Motor Vehicle Environmental Protection Periodic Inspection Agency" stated that the above two companies are in accordance with the "Limited Engine Vehicle Exhaust Pollutant Emission Limits and Measurement Methods" and "Vehicle Compression Ignition Engines and Compression Ignition". The engine exhaust smoke emission limit and measurement method of the engine is standard, and the vehicle exhaust emission detection station is invested and constructed.
After the on-site review by the provincial environmental protection department, all the indicators are in line with the relevant regulations and requirements of the former State Environmental Protection Administration's Technical Specifications for Vehicle Emission Pollutants Testing Institutions and the Ministry of Environmental Protection's “Regulations on Motor Vehicle Environmental Protection Inspection Organizationsâ€. According to Article 35 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Atmospheric Pollution, the Provincial Environmental Protection Agency decided to entrust them to conduct annual inspections of exhaust pollution of motor vehicles in use.
When Guiyang Baiyun Tongwei and Zunyi Yubei Automobile actively applied to join the “measuring tail gas†industry, Guiyang Xinliyuan Industrial Co., Ltd. proposed the “Application for Termination of Motor Vehicle Periodic Environmental Inspection Entrustmentâ€. The Provincial Environmental Protection Department decided to terminate the entrustment of the automobile exhaust gas inspection field of Guiyang Xinliyuan Industrial Co., Ltd. to carry out the environmental protection periodic inspection of the motor vehicle, and to recover the environmental protection periodic inspection entrustment certificate issued to Xinliyuan.
