On July 21st, the “Bridge Cable Suspension Replacement Technology Exchange Conference and Huzhou Tunxi Bridge Maintenance and Reinforcement Project on-site Learning Exchange Conference” organized by the Municipal Public Utilities Professional Committee of the Science and Technology Committee of Zhejiang Provincial Construction and Construction Department was successfully held in Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province. Huzhou Tunxi Bridge Maintenance and Reinforcement Project Live Learning Conference Meeting

The main bridge of Suixi Bridge in Huzhou City adopts the structural form of single-stay single-span prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge with span of 50m (side span) +70m (middle span). The main girder of the main bridge adopts single-box three-chamber structure with a beam height of 2m. The tower, beam and pier are consolidated, and the total width of the main bridge is 27.6m. The original cable-stay specifications were OVM250-43, OVM250-55, and OVM250-61, and Owenm was installed in 2000. During the operation of the bridge, Ovim participated in the special inspection of the cable.

From June 23, 2018 to August 17, 2018, the entire bridge closed traffic control, and Ovim made a full bridge change. The specifications of the new cable are OVM250-55, OVM250-61 and OVM250-73. The maximum cable tension of the cable is about 601t. The project provides a full life cycle service for bridge cables from product supply, installation and construction, cable force testing, maintenance and replacement, etc. It is one of the exemplary projects for fully implementing Owen's corporate vision.
