Mineral processing technology of the Russian Tatarsk deposit

Apatite flotation is carried out at a pH of 9 to 9.5 in the presence of water glass using a fatty acid as a collector , followed by flotation of the apatite from the apatite in the presence of soda and water glass. in the flotation of mica products. The above-mentioned coarse concentrate selection process has been industrially applied at the North Rhine-Westphalia Vishlevogorsk Mine Select Plant. This process is now being applied in the retrofit of the Tatarsk Concentrator in order to achieve a selection of coarse concentrates.
