(3) Major technical improvements since the plant was put into production:
1) The original design uses a fixed rod sieve with a mesh opening of 200mm, and the discharge of the rotary crusher is divided into two stages, so that it can be treated by the self-grinding machine after reasonable ore blending. However, due to the serious blockage of the rod screen, the proportion of the screen and the amount of the screen is fluctuating greatly. The load of the belt conveyor is extremely uneven, which is difficult to produce normally. It is necessary to remove the fixed rod screen and add a small mine bin. Two belt feeders with a bandwidth of 1200 mm were added, and two systems were constructed with the original two belt conveyors. In this way, by means of the natural segregation formed when the ore is fed into the small ore bin, the large and small ore are sent to the large and small block mines for ore production.
2) In order to increase the processing capacity of the self-grinding machine, the ¢3000 double helix classifier which is closed with the self-grinding machine is eliminated and a self-returning device is added to the self-grinding machine. Change the self-grinding to semi-self-grinding, that is, the material of more than 5mm grain level in the self-grinding machine is returned to the self-grinding machine for re-grinding, and also add ¢150~180mm steel ball to the self-grinding machine, the volume of the added steel ball ( Loose) accounts for 4 to 7% of the volume of the mill, and the consumption of the steel ball is 0.2 kg/t. Later, a fine screen self-circulation process was added. After taking the above measures, the self-grinding machine throughput, magnetic separation concentrate grade and recovery rate have all increased.
3) There is a ¢1050×2100 cartridge magnetic separator instead of a ¢3000 permanent magnet dehydration tank, which increases the grade of coarse concentrate by 3~4% and the tailings yield by 5~6%, which reduces the water consumption. However, due to the coarse grain size of the self-grinding machine and the serious wear of the magnetic separator, the magnetic separator has not been officially used.
4) A fine screen self-circulation process is adopted. The magnetic separation concentrate was sieved by two series of fine sieves, and the product was returned to the ball mill for re-grinding, and the product was sieved for the second stage of magnetic separation to obtain high-quality concentrate.
