STX Heavy Industries receives 6S60ME-C mainframe order for ChartWorld 82K bulk carrier

Since the court's reinstatement in January this year, STX Heavy Industries has achieved stable capital operations through debt-to-equity swaps. Since the beginning of this year, STX Heavy Industries has received orders in Korea, such as: Daewoo Shipbuilding Marine/MARAN GAS VLCC Ship 7G80ME-Cx2 Main Engine, Hanjin Heavy Industry Subic/EP Shipping Aframax Oil Tanker 6G60ME-Cx2 Main Engine, DAESUN/SITC Feeder Orders for the 6S46ME-Bx4 mainframe and the mainstay of the small chemical tanker 6S35MCx3 for the STX Shipbuilding Marine. The acquisition of these orders fully demonstrates the confidence of shipyards and shipowners in STX heavy industry and guarantees the stability of STX heavy industry's future business.

In addition, the world's first dual-fuel main engine 5G45ME-C-GI installed on a bulk carrier successfully completed the bench test and has been delivered to the customer Jinling Shipyard. In the first LNG propulsion host installation, we also actively provide customers with dual fuel host related technologies and services. STX Heavy Industries was invited to participate in the ship naming ceremony in June 2017.

In May of this year, STX Heavy Industries obtained the approval of the Seoul Court for Acquisition & Merger (M&A) and recently actively prepared for the acquisition and merger of STX Heavy Industries. Some investors also expressed great interest.
