Taiwan's green products have recently marched to Thailand. The Bangkok Trade Center in Bangkok has displayed 13 Taiwanese manufacturers and 40 green products at the MegaBangna Grand Mall in Bangkok. In addition to letting the Thai people discover Taiwan's green energy technology, it will also attract local industry attention. Taiwan's high-quality green products showcase LED lamps, bicycles, green textiles, green building materials, green household products and solar energy products. The Taiwan Trade Center estimates that the exhibition from 1st to 5th will attract more than 2,000 visitors. Chen Mingzheng, the representative of Taiwan in Thailand, pointed out that the output value of Taiwan's green energy industry grew 160 in 2013 compared with 2008, reaching NT$416 billion, and is expected to reach 510 billion yuan in 2014; the green energy industry employees also from 50,000 in 2008. 3,300 people increased to 69,300 in 2013, growing to 30, and is expected to increase to 73,100 in 2015. Chen Mingzheng told the participants that he believed that Taiwan's green energy products would benefit Thailand and the people of the world. Dai Zhiguo, director of the Taiwan Trade Center, said that the five-day exhibition is expected to attract local relevant institutions to pay attention to Taiwan's green energy innovation, and will also raise awareness of Thai manufacturers' social responsibility and environmental and natural resources. Dai Zhiguo also expects that the Thai manufacturers will have a positive response to this exhibition.
