On March 18, 2018, Zhenhua Heavy Industry designed and manufactured the largest domestic rally winch from Nantong production base to Guangzhou, and will go to the job site to perform offshore operations.

It is reported that the winch has a rated tensile force of 600 tons and the ultimate tensile force in the test can reach 700 tons. It is the largest tension winch in China. Due to the large rated tension, the matching wire rope is more than 150 mm in diameter and is as thick as a bowl.

The heavy-duty winch designed and manufactured by Zhenhua Heavy Industry has the characteristics of large pulling force and advanced technology. It is mainly used in engineering ship positioning, submarine pipeline laying, towing, berthing and other engineering operations. In the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Island Tunnel Project, the anchoring positioning system consisting of 12 winches installed on the “Zhenhua 30” wheel successfully assisted the final joint to achieve precise docking.

The collimator of Fiber Coupling Laser is designed to connect to the end of FC/PC or SMA905 connector and contains an AR-coated spherical lens. The distance between the spherical lens and the tip of the FC-terminated fiber can be adjusted to compensate for focal length changes, or to re-collimate the beam at the specific wavelength and distance of interest.
