This article is mainly from the perspective of monitoring the sealing performance of floss packaging, using the MFY-01 Sealing Tester independently developed by Jinan Languang Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. to test the sealing performance of floss packaging, and briefly described the testing principle and equipment parameters of MFY-01 . And the summary of the test process, effectively solve the problems caused by leakage, leakage, bagging, etc. caused by the sealing problem of the packaging, and improve the effect of the soft plastic packaging bag on the quality of the contents.

1 , the meaning

The sealing performance of a package is a key factor related to the quality of the contents of the package. This is because the tightness of the package determines the extent to which the finished product package is independent of the external environment. If the package is poorly sealed, the gas content or components inside the package are prone to occur. Changes, such as the leakage of gas from outside the package into the package or from the gas filled inside the package, can cause problems such as leakage if the package contains liquid components. This can cause product quality to deteriorate. Therefore, the sealing problem of packaging has always been a major problem for enterprises.

In this paper, take Floss Pine as an example to analyze the sealing problem of packaging bags. Meat floss is made from lean meat, chicken or fish in the pork and is made of water. It is delicious, nutritious, easy to carry, and can be eaten directly or used as an adjunct to other foods. Because the floss itself contains less water and has a high content of nutrients, the requirement for preservation conditions is relatively high. 4.1 Test principle

By vacuuming the vacuum chamber of the equipment, the sample immersed in the vacuum chamber water generates a pressure difference between inside and outside, and checks whether the sample leaks, thereby determining the sealing performance of the sample; or through vacuuming the vacuum chamber, Make the sample produce internal and external pressure difference, and observe the sealing performance of the sample by observing the expansion of the sample and releasing the shape of the sample after releasing the vacuum.

4.2 Scope of application

4.3 Equipment Parameters

5 , the test process

(1) Immerse the sample in the water in the vacuum chamber.

(2) Seal the cover and set the required vacuum pressure parameters and holding time.

(3) Turn on the vacuum pump and start vacuuming. Press the start button on the device to start the test.

(4) Observe the presence of continuous bubbles on the surface of the package during vacuum pumping or during pressure holding.

6 , test results
