SAN FRANCISCO, April 25, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — Autodesk, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADSK) has received a deficiency notice from the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Staff, informing the company that it is not in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1). This follows the company's failure to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended January 31, 2024, as outlined in the Form 12b-25 filed with the SEC on April 1, 2024, and a prior press release issued on April 16, 2024.
The notice does not immediately impact the trading of Autodesk’s common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market. However, the company now has 60 calendar days from the date of the notice to submit a plan to regain compliance with Nasdaq’s requirements. If approved, Nasdaq may grant an extension of up to 180 days from the original due date of the Form 10-K, which would push the deadline to October 14, 2024.
