Autodesk is enhancing its BIM 360 platform by integrating Assemble Systems' preconstruction software, streamlining workflows for construction professionals. (NASDAQ: ADSK) has announced the acquisition of Assemble Systems, a Salem, Massachusetts-based company that offers a SaaS solution designed to help construction professionals manage and connect BIM data across key project workflows such as estimating, scheduling, and site management. While the exact terms of the deal were not disclosed, the transaction was funded through a combination of cash and stock.
