[ China Instrument Network Instrument R&D ] In early 2018, the Hubei Institute of Metrology was invited to participate in the Beijing Science and Technology Plan project declared by the Beijing Metrology Institute, “Research, Development and Promotion of Measurement and Comprehensive Evaluation Capability of Scientific Instrumentation in the Field of Quality Supervision in Chinaâ€. The project successfully passed the expert group's review and was approved by the evaluation team.
In view of the gaps in performance indicators of domestic metrology scientific instruments, unfriendly user experience, and low market share, the project aims to solve the key technical problems by organizing industry users, technical institutions and experts to find quality problems, and to propose quality improvement technical solutions. At the same time, the industry users and authoritative organizations jointly issued a verification evaluation report, which proves that the quality of domestically produced instruments is reliable, and finally promotes the substitute effect of domestically produced instruments on imported instruments.
Based on the advantages of professional technology, in the five domestically produced equipments such as high-precision GNSS receivers to be verified and evaluated by the project, Hubei Metrology Institute will participate in the polymerase chain reaction analyzer and β after modifying and upgrading the existing technical capabilities. Verification and evaluation of two types of equipment such as the ray method PM2.5 monitor.
Relying on the promotion of the project platform, Hubei Metrology Institute will focus on improving the calibration and service platform for PCR instrument and dust/PM2.5 monitor equipment, and gradually expand the field of environmental measurement services to better serve the medical, biological and food industries. The disease control and environmental protection industries strive to provide better measurement technology support for the green development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
