High Speed Large Capacity Automatic Horizontal Spiral Discharge Decanter Centrifuge

The decanter centrifuge is ideal for solid-phase dewatering, liquid-phase clarification and separation, as well as liquid-liquid-solid three-phase separation. It can handle various suspensions with solid particle sizes ranging from 0.005 to 15mm, consistency between 1% and 40%, and temperatures up to 100°C. This equipment is particularly suitable for suspensions with varying consistency and particle size, where the recovery of filter cloth is challenging. Common applications include the treatment of PVC resins, ammonium sulfite, barium carbonate, strontium sulfate, lithopone, starch, diatomite, plaster, bauxite, soybean protein, peanut protein, fruit juice, drinks, vegetable oil, citric acid, blood powder, titanium white powder, kaolin clay, drilling mud, coal washing, waste oil purification, grain stillage liquid waste, municipal sewage, and mineral classification. It's also used in sludge treatment from power plants, printing and dyeing industries, paper manufacturing, and more.

The solid drum is equipped with a concentric discharge screw. As they rotate at high speed in the same direction, there is a certain rotational speed difference caused by the driving system and differential case. The suspension enters the charge screw through the feed pipe and then moves into the drum after acceleration. Under centrifugal force, solid particles settle on the inner wall of the drum, forming a circular cake layer, which is continuously pushed by the discharge screw to the small end of the drum and expelled. Meanwhile, the separated liquid exits the drum through the vortex finder at the large end, achieving solid-liquid separation of the suspension.
