  1. The LLW Screen Filtration Centrifuge is a horizontal unit designed for continuous operation and spiral discharge. It is ideal for separating and dehydrating suspensions containing solid particles ranging from 0.05 to 10mm in size.
Operating Principle
  1. This centrifuge can continuously process feeding, dehydration, washing, and discharging at full speed. The main unit starts automatically upon power-on and accelerates. When the predetermined conditions are met, open the feed valve. The material to be separated enters the centrifuge through the pipeline and is evenly distributed across the drum via the feeding holes on the smaller end of the spiral wheel. Under centrifugal force, the liquid phase of the suspension is thrown out through the screen and holes in the drum wall, while the solid phase remains in the screen to form a thin filter cake.
