1. LLW Screen Filtration Centrifuge is a horizontal unit that operates continuously and features spiral discharge. It is primarily used for separating and dehydrating suspensions with solid-phase particles ranging from 0.05 to 10 mm.

1. Operations such as feeding, dehydration, washing, and discharging can all be performed continuously by the LWL centrifuge at full speed. The main unit starts automatically upon power-on and accelerates accordingly. Open the feeding valve once the predetermined condition is met. The material to be separated enters the centrifuge through a pipeline and is distributed across the drum via feeding holes on the smaller end of the spiral wheel. Under the effect of centrifugal force, the liquid phase in the suspension is thrown out through the screen and holes on the drum wall, while the solid phase remains in the screen, forming a thin filter cake.
