The decanter centrifuge is ideal for solid-phase dewatering, liquid-phase clarification and separation, and liquid-liquid-solid three-phase separation. It can handle various suspensions with particle sizes ranging from 0.005 to 15mm, consistency between 1% and 40%, and temperatures up to 100°C. It is particularly suitable for suspensions with variable consistency and particle size, where filter cloth recovery is difficult. Applications include the treatment of PVC resins, ammonium sulfite, barium carbonate, strontium sulfate, lithopone, starch, diatomite, plaster, bauxite, soybean protein, peanut protein, fruit juice, drinks, vegetable oil, citric acid, blood powder, titanium white powder, kaolin clay, drilling mud, washed coal, fine coal, waste oil purification, grain stillage liquid waste, municipal sewage, mineral classification, and more.

The solid drum contains a concentric discharge screw. As they rotate at high speed in the same direction, there is a certain rotational speed difference caused by the driving system and differential case. The suspension enters the charge screw through the feed pipe, then moves into the drum after acceleration. Under centrifugal force, heavier particles settle on the inner wall of the drum, forming a circular cake layer that is continuously pushed by the discharge screw to the small end of the drum and expelled. The clarified liquid is discharged from the vortex finder at the large end of the drum, achieving solid-liquid separation. This machine offers compact structure, easy operation, low noise, large handling capacity, low energy consumption, high automation, simple operation, easy maintenance, and wide application.
