Ceramic fiber felts are produced from corresponding blowing fiber (ST, HA, HP, HZ) with vacuum formed technology. Ceramic fiber felts not only possess the typical function of ceramic fiber, but also have hard texture, excellent toughness and intensity, and excellent fire resistance and heat preservation. They feature low thermal conductivity and low heat storage, excellent thermal stability and thermal shock resistance, and outstanding acoustic insulation.
Descriptions:
Ceramic fiber blankets are made through process of pricking, heat-shaping, cutting and rolling. They feature high quality of tensile strength, texture uniformity and plane surface, high temperature, chemical corrosion resistance, thermal shock stability and low thermal conductivity. They have low density, good resiliency and excellent sound absorbing and filtering property.
Descriptions:
Ceramic fiber paper is made from the special ceramic fiber that contains little residue, through process such as slurrying, removing residue, mixing slurry, long-mesh shaping, vacuum dehydrating, drying, cutting and rolling.
Ceramic fiber paper features high temperature, chemical corrosion resistance, thermal shock stability and low thermal conductivity. It has low density, high strength, good resiliency and excellent sound absorbing and filtering property. It is suitable for temperature up to 1000oC. Ceramic fiber paper.
9.Ceramic Fiber Sleeve
Ceramic Fiber Sleeving is braided by ceramic fiber yarn, reinforcement by fiberglass and metal wire. Within excellent high-temperature strength, electric insulation capability, corrosion resistance to acid, oil and stem. Low thermal conductivity.
Application:
Description:Ceramic fiber board uses non-brittle material, therefore it has good tenacity, high compressive strength, good flatness and mechanical process ability. Temperature is 1050℃, 1260℃, 1430℃ and it is the ideal material for wall liner and back lining of the heating equipment.

Toledo residents woke up to devastating news this past Sunday when word spread about the tragic loss of two local firefighters. Stephen A. Machcinski, 42, and James Dickman, 31, both members of the Toledo Fire & Rescue Department, lost their lives while battling a fire in a small apartment building on Magnolia Street. Their untimely deaths marked the first time in nearly four decades that Toledo firefighters had perished in an active blaze.
According to reports from The Blade, the fire broke out at around 2:47 p.m., quickly turning into a full-scale emergency. Machcinski, who had over 15 years of experience, and Dickman, who was relatively new to the force after joining in September, were both assigned to Engine 3. They ventured into the burning six-unit apartment building, located just blocks away from Huron Market, to assist in the rescue efforts.
Chief Luis Santiago, visibly shaken during a press conference held that evening, described the firefighters' heroic actions inside the inferno. Despite valiant efforts by their colleagues, both men succumbed to their injuries before being rushed to Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. Their disappearance inside the building lasted several critical minutes, causing immense distress for those on the outside.
Mayor D. Michael Collins expressed heartfelt admiration for the courage displayed by these public servants, emphasizing how they face danger head-on rather than fleeing it like most would. Following the announcement of the tragedy, arrangements were made for Dickman's parents, residing in Mansfield, Ohio, to travel to Toledo under escort provided by the Ohio Highway Patrol.
Eyewitnesses captured images of firefighters frantically working amidst thick plumes of smoke, desperately trying to save one of their own. By late afternoon, the second firefighter was finally brought out of the building, though efforts to revive him proved unsuccessful. For hours afterward, crews continued dousing the smoldering structure with water, occasionally witnessing flames reigniting from above.
Historical records indicate that the property at 528 Magnolia—owned by Ray and Mariam Abouarab since 1992—has experienced multiple fires throughout its long history dating back to 1877. Recent plumbing repairs due to frozen pipes may have played some role in today's incident but remain unconfirmed as officials investigate further.
Adjacent to the market lies six residential apartments housing seven individuals who thankfully escaped unharmed thanks largely to timely intervention by emergency responders. Interestingly enough, another building owned by Mr. Abouarab faced similar incidents roughly ten years earlier when consecutive blazes struck within half a year.
As our community grapples with this sorrowful event, thoughts turn towards honoring those brave souls whose selfless dedication cost them everything. Rest assured knowing your sacrifices will never be forgotten nor overlooked.
