HP Cone Crusher
(1) The limited crushing level can be used to produce finer products. Reduce maintenance downtime and increase the confidence of operators.
(2) Use the two-way iron passing release hydraulic cylinder to discharge the iron block, and implement the cleaning operation of the crushing chamber with large eccentricity when necessary. Dual accumulators can improve the response speed of the hydraulic system.
(3) HP series cone crusher can ensure the highest personnel safety and convenience of maintenance.
(4) The convenient disassembly and assembly of all key components from the top of the crusher, the convenient replacement of the lining plate, the one button fixed cone rotation disassembly function, the lining plate without the use of filler, and the comprehensive operation protection of the ICTM automation system all make the HP series the most reliable cone crusher.

Shortly before 4:00 AM on Thursday, the Wheeling Police Department received a 9-1-1 call from a homeowner reporting that their garage was on fire. Fire units from Wheeling were dispatched at 4:00 AM and quickly arrived at the scene, where they were informed by a patrol officer that the detached garage was fully involved in flames. Upon arrival, the incident was upgraded to a working fire (Code 4), prompting the dispatch of a tower ladder from Buffalo Grove, an ambulance from Long Grove, and an engine from Arlington Heights.
At 4:07 AM, the first arriving unit found a large, 16x50-foot garage that had been used for a commercial landscape business, now engulfed in flames. As firefighters surveyed the building, they discovered large storage drums, propane tanks, and an acetylene tank nearby—adding significant risk to the situation.
Photos from Larry Shapiro captured the intensity of the operation, showing supply lines being stretched, pre-connects pulled, and firefighters attacking the fire from multiple angles. A squad company was seen preparing to enter the structure as a line hit the rear of the building. Heavy flames burned throughout the garage, with a van also caught in the blaze.
Multiple hand lines were deployed to contain the fire, which ultimately destroyed the garage, a skid-steer loader inside, and at least one vehicle outside. The acetylene torch’s head was damaged, allowing gas to burn freely, adding to the danger. Inside, the garage was filled with small machines and tools typical of a landscape business.
Firefighters used a 2.5-inch line to attack the fire through the overhead door, while another team worked to cut access holes into the 'D' sector wall. A Blitzfire nozzle was put to use, and a line was trained directly onto the open flame from the damaged acetylene tank.
The Buffalo Grove Tower Ladder 25 crew was seen setting up their equipment, while Wheeling Squad 24 (formerly Squad 42) was actively engaged since the tower ladder was out of service. Inside the rear area of the garage, a clutter of tools and machinery was visible, with the flame from the acetylene torch burning in the background.
Larry Shapiro was on the scene and submitted these images, which offer a powerful visual account of the event. A full gallery of photos can be viewed [here](#). A video from the scene will be posted later today.
